Who are we?

 We are THE FIRST store in Mexico selling returns, liquidations and products removed from the shelves of large retailers and marketplaces. What is the delivery time?

 Our products are shipped from our warehouse in the State of Mexico and once picked up by the courier service, they take approximately 2 to 6 business days to arrive at your address. It may take longer if it is an extended area or one with infrequent delivery. Shipments are made through FedEx and Estafeta.

 Is there a shipping cost?

Shipping is free anywhere in Mexico, except for pallets. If you can't pick up your pallet at our Naucalpan store, you'll need to pay for shipping. We suggest you start tracking your shipment after 6 PM once you receive your tracking number to check its status.

Do you ship internationally?

 At the moment we only ship within Mexico, but we hope to be able to ship worldwide soon.
